VPN, Proxy or Mobile Data Blocking Mywifiext

Diagnose and fix the problem

  1. Disable mobile data for setupPhones can abandon a no-internet setup SSID and route the browser over cellular.
  2. Pause the VPNFull-tunnel VPNs often send private-address traffic away from the home LAN.
  3. Check system and browser proxy settingsA proxy may attempt to fetch the local hostname externally instead of contacting the extender.
  4. Retest with a private windowThis separates routing changes from cached redirects and cookies.
  5. Restore protection afterwardRe-enable the VPN, proxy or normal mobile-data setting when local configuration is complete.
