Fix the “Not Connected to Your Extender” Mywifiext Error

Diagnose and fix the problem

  1. Turn off cellular data temporarilyA phone can leave local WiFi when it reports no internet during initial setup.
  2. Join the extender network manuallySelect the setup or extended SSID and accept any expected no-internet warning.
  3. Use the local address directlyEnter the documented hostname or assigned extender IP in the address bar.
  4. Handle One WiFi NameIf router and extender share an SSID, find the extender IP in the router client list.
  5. Remove VPN/proxy interferencePause traffic-routing tools only for the local test, then restore them afterward.
